I am new to Umbraco and I dont know MVC(Linq and Entity also dont know :) but my core asp.net is strong now question is from where should i learn MVC and which version (in google i found mvc 2.0 to 5.0) should i learn to implement Umbraco and developement also.
To learn how Umbraco works I would take a look at the http://www.umbraco.tv where you will find videos about Umbraco CMS.
Since you are new to Umbraco I would recommend you to see some of these videos, http://umbraco.tv/videos/umbraco-v7/implementor/ they will show the basic concepts in Umbraco. Some of the videos are free to what, and some needs that you subscribe to the Umbraco TV service.
