I installed Runway excluding Contact Form previously, just then I installed it separately but I don't know why it doesn't exist on the web page, its affiliated files have been installed, like "[Runway] Contact Form' which available in Macros. I checked the template files,found no associated script there, can you tell me how to made it appear? Thanks!
Thanks for your reply, I made a mistake,in fact, such statement exists ,but it still doesn't work and no error was catched. I remember the text Contact that links to the Form locating below the content body in the past.This time I modified the css file,just a little, installed it later, but it does not appear.

Make sure the form tag on the masterpage template contains runat="server". User controls require this to function properly.
