We're looking for a developer to begin working with our team on a series of projects. Essentially, we need some custom .NET user controls creating. We want to begin working on this immediately and foresee future work for the next year. 

At this stage we are open to options, ideally we would like an in house developer, however we would also welcome freelance developers. We are based in the East Midlands - Lincolnshire, UK and would require some face to face meetings.
