Silentnight Group are looking for an experienced web developer with specific skills in ASP.NET to build the new website based on the Umbraco system. Experience of developing in Ecommerce platforms is essential, the Ucommerce Umbraco plugin, ideally. As the C#, ASP.NET, SQL, Umbraco, Developer your key responsibilities of the role will include: You will be required to design, develop and implement the new silentnight website, assist with other website development projects and the creation of forms and the cataloguing system/ecommerce platform using the Ucommerce software.
You will report directly into the Digital Marketing Manager in the new Digital offices in central Manchester.
Experience of working with Magento would be advantageous. You will also design and implement user- driven templates and user interfaces for ease of use. You'll also develop database driven web interfaces for rapid, real time information sharing. You'll develop internal and external web portals which will allow users to input and retrieve accurate information.
There is the optionto contract for 6 – 12 months to silentnight or to take a fulltime, permanent position, dependent on your experience, preferences and commitment to the role.
