Besides the umbraco experience we are looking for people with experience in the following areas:
HTML/CSS
Javascript/jQuery
XSLT and related technologies
ASP.NET 4.0
LINQ
REST webservices
Microsoft SQL Server
Umbraco Certification (not required)
