Entering its tenth year, a local branding, web technology and marketing company serving businesses, non-profits and associations in the greater Baton Rouge area is seeking a talented, self-motivated, and community-minded programmer and web coder who wants to be a part of this company’s continued growth.

Applicants must have a proven record of working effectively with coworkers in a creative team, meeting deadlines, and managing projects to completion. The ability to review your own work is a must to ensure the highest quality standards in coding and programming.

Salary: TBD based on experience

Hours: Contract work for 30 – 60 days to determine cohesivenessb with the ultimate goal being employed full time with benefits including paid vacation, health and dental.

Responsibilities Are:

·      Communicate clearly, professionally and in a timely manner with management, coworkers, customers and colleagues.

·      Managing our Umbraco Content Management System Software:

o   Complete and launch the websites we develop by migrating into our CMS

o   Expand the capabilities of our CMS software

·      Have proven experience coding websites from PSD into HTML and CSS while exceeding standards set by management and the W3C

·      Actively seek input and advice from management while simultaneously sharing ideas of your own.

·      Mobile Apps - A beginning / intermediate level knowledge of mobile technology is a plus

·      Server Software maintenance and updates - Update and maintain our in-house server as well as our two dedicated web servers is a bonus
