Hey guys! My name is Steve Harrell, and I'm looking for a solid Umbraco/.NET programmer to help me out on a project by project basis. I'm a designer by profession and I've been doing it for nineteen years. Most of my time has been spent leading design teams at web or marketing firms, but I've recently switched to freelance only - and working directly with clients (as opposed to contract work for a web dev firm).

I want to use Umbraco as my primary CMS to offer to clients (with Wordpress only being offered to clients that absolutely demand it). I have a local PHP programmer to help with that side of the coin, but I need a "partner" to help out with the .NET side of things.

The way I've worked with an Umbraco developer in the past was using this workflow: I take care of all the design and upfront heavy lifting. Once approved, I chop up the design in Photoshop and setup the HTML and CSS (coded by hand). Once complete, I have a template (usually two: homepage and one internal page) ready to go. I just need an Umbraco expert to setup the site in the CMS for me. 90% of my site designs all feature the exact same dynamic parts. Generally speaking this includes the page content area, the navigation, a photo gallery, the homepage slider and a news/announcements/articles/blog feed. Nothing super complicated. Just the regular "small to mid sized website stuff" you would expect. Same exact components used over and over.

I'm looking for ONE individual to work with for all my web projects (to keep things simple for me to track). You would be paid per project for every CMS setup. I'm offering $500 a setup. Which is a pretty decent offer for less than a days work. The CMS setup HAS to be completed within a two week period (one week would be even better). This individual would also need to be EASY TO CONTACT. I need to be able to communicate with this individual during normal business hours via email/text and occasionaly phonecalls. Oh, I'm also super laid-back and NICE. So I would prefer to work with someone who is also pleasant and professional.
