London based digital agency looking for ASP.Net developer with Umbraco experience

Zone, a digital content agency based in Camden, London, is looking to recruit an ASP.Net web developer with experience in Umbraco to join their technology team.

The solutions we produce range from large, public websites and extranets through to intranet applications and software. We have recently taken on a couple of projects for which Umbraco will be an excellent fit - and hence are looking for a developer with demonstrable experience in using this technology to lead the CMS and site development and develop Umbraco best practices and skils within the agency.

You will be required to work across the full project lifecycle - from analysis, design and development through to testing, training and support - and be comfortable operating in an agency environment in a client facing role.

You will be a university graduate with a 2.1 degree or above and good A-level (or equivalent) grades. You will need to have spent at least 2 years developing online solutions using ASP.Net (C# and VB.Net) and SQL Server. Desirable skills would include the production of websites using Umbraco, and experience with the ASP.Net MVC framework.

Salary will be in the range of £28-32K depending on experience. The position will initially be given on a 3 month contract, but should both personal progress and our client project expansion continue as expected we would turn the role into a permanent position.

Many thanks for reading.  To apply please send a CV to techjobs@zonecontent.com.  No agencies please.

Hopefully OK for me to re-post... but just to say this position is still open - so if there are any London based Umbraco developers who might be interested in this position, please do drop me a line at techjobs@zonecontent.com

    Thanks

    Andy
