Terabyte is looking for an Intermediate / Senior .Net developer
to join our growing web development team.
As a intermediate/senior you must have the ability to make key technical
architecture decisions, provide proven technical solutions and work
well within a team. You will also need to demonstrate client facing
experience and the fine art of translating and communicating
technical lingo.
Alongside a high level of commercial experience you must be
proficient in the following web technologies:
C#, JavaScript, .Net web applications, web services, JQuery,
ORM/Linq / L2E.
Experience in Umbraco, MVC, and TDD will be an advantage.
Official Umbraco training and certification at both Level 1 and Level 2 will be provided.

I think offering Umbraco certification is a great idea as it acts as an incentive to prospective applicants and also benefits the company.
