I run a one-man company (www.IT-Future.dk) doing all kinds of Umbraco-related work for my clients of my own as well as projects for advertisement bureaus and solution providers. I don't have enough work for two, but I certainly have more than enough for one.
Maybe you are already working freelance with umbraco, and have your own clients, but you might be looking for someone to team up with.
I don't have the excact recipe for this kind of pairing up, but I see serveal approaches. If you are right for the job, it is something I am sure we can come to an agreement about.
About your skills
You are taking umbraco implementation to a new level beyond just xslt and css (no offense :)
You know that packages can add value to your solution, but you definitely have the skills to customize your Umbraco website way beyond plug and play packages.
You prefer to work in Visual Studio and keep everything under source control.
Your templates goes hand in hand with code-behind.
You are a rare hybrid between a so-called frontend developer and backend developer, which means that you have some serious html, css, js, ajax etc skills while you certainly know how to architect your business logic and data access code.

However, I am really looking for an individual based in Copenhagen which I can work very close with. Not so much looking for a company outsourcing to India or Ukraine or developers located around the globe. At least not for now.
I am looking for a person who can work side by side with me, who can meet my customers, attend meetings, which I can do pair programming with etc. Long distance is just not suitable for what I have in mind for now.
