    Umbraco guiding principles?

I'm curious what the key guiding principles that inform Umbraco features / development / marketing efforts are?

Are there 2-4 things/features/beliefs that are really super important and define Umbraco as a product?

From the website I would say (assuming I'm just checking out Umbraco for the first time):

    • Simplicity
    • Freedom / unopinionated (platform, tech, design, etc)
    • Developer Friendly ( community, etc )
IMO, because Umbraco is used more and more by large / enterprise organizations I think we should consider these as well (perhaps for future):
    • Performance
    • Ease of Deployment / CI (dev -> staging -> live)
These are currently being address with UAAS and v7/8, but I think they are critical when selling to large enterprise clients.
Any others that you would rather see?  What do you tell potential customers that the key features are?
