Umbraco 5 hack day/night in London

    Hi,

We are hosting a hack night in London with umbraco. See http://www.eventbrite.co.uk/event/2630225074

It's free to attend, with free beer and food. Just bring your laptop.

We have bought a load of netduino kit and remote control helipcopters and a few other things, which should allow us to do some funky stuff.

Be great to see some of you there.

    Cheers,

    Lee

What happens at an Umbraco hack night?  Anyone using Courier?

    Hi Paul,

There are no rules. The idea is we sit down with a drink at the beginning to come up with a few ideas of cool /interesting/usefull things we could build with umbraco. We then split into a couple of small teams and get stuff built. Quickly.

    Any ideas welcome.

    Cheers,

    Lee

That sounds great, but...  I thought I was going to be in London over that weekend, and now it looks like a no-go.

    I've been Umbraco-ing in a vacuum :^)

Well, there's always hope for an NYC meetup.

Hi, is it worth getting a discussion started here on what we could build ? or best wait until the day of the hackathon ? That Netduino kit looks cool !
