Umbraco 4.5
.NET 3.5 Framework
Windows Server 2003
IIS 6
We have the CWS installed and a blog package (reworked xslt). There is a
"About" page in the "Home" node at level 1 for the CWS site, and the
Blog also at level 1 and there also got a "About" page. These two
"About" pages both has the /About.aspx url ????
And by checking
closer all my level 1 & 2 nodes has the root url, eg.
/{node-name}.aspx.
So to clarify all pages directly under "Home" of the CWS site gets a url
like this -> /{node-name}.aspx and not what it should be (
/Home/{node-name}.aspx ).
In those cases you'll need to edit the web.config and set "umbracoHideTopLevelNodeFromPath" to "false". That'll cause Umbraco to add the root node as a part of the url.

Any Clues here ?

haha, Yes. Stupid me for not checking that one.
Is that new in the 4.5 that it's true as default ? Can't remember we ever changed that one except for once when we actually wanted that behaviour.
It's always been that way :)
