Can't create a child when parent name contains éàè... char in IE

    Hello to all,

I am pretty new to this forum but I have been working with umbraco since 3 years.
I now have a problem that I can't create a child node in IE when the name of the parent contains chars like é è à ...

This is due to the nodeName value in the querystring that is passed to the umbraco/Create.aspx page loaded in the modal window. When I remove this value from the string it will display the create dialog.
    Firefox works fine.

Anyone who has a solution for this?
    Shouldn't the string be encoded?

    Thank you,

    Jan
