your xslt is checked against the top level node, which isn't yet present, hence this error msg. you could argue about the error msg that is displayed, but basically this isn't a real showstopper as most of the sites you'll develop will have content, right?
it's worth adding this as a workitem on Codeplex, but to be honest, don't expect the core team to jump on this for a next release...
Error when trying to save XSLT file with no nodes published.
When i try to save a xslt file, and there are no nodes published, i get this error
[xsltErrorNoNodesPublished]Its a pretty clean umbraco installation, so it shouldnt be hard to reproduce.
Anyone else experience this error?
