    Insert image problem after upgrading to 4.5.2

    I have upgraded my production site from 4.0.3 to 4.5.2. and now I have a problem inserting images in the RichText Editor.

    A dialog pops up but it's not giving me the possibility to browse for an image.

    I have installed a local version of 4.5.2 and here the insert dialog looks diifferent but it contains the possibility to browse for the image.

    Fiddler shows that the local version loads insertimage.ascx form the tinymc3 folder. In my production site Fiddler just shows that a lot of js files are loaded but no insertimage.ascx.

     - any clues?
