Which version of umbraco are you using? Pre 4.1 the preview function would not work unless page was published however >4.1 this issue has been resolved also for >4.1 to get full preview you will need to use http://our.umbraco.org/projects/backoffice-extensions/cogworks-super-preview

i am use umbraco v 4.0.2.1 (Assembly version: 1.0.3441.17657) version.

But the problem is that only the problem is in one page not on all page. In other pages the page preview option work fine.

Only in one page i have this problem.

Muhammed are those other pages published? Pre 4.1 the preview rendering engine has issues however these have been fixed with 4.5 there was one issue with preview content above current page but the cog super preview addresses those.  If possible i would recommend you upgrade to the latest version of umbraco.

Yes i publish all the pages.

But i can not upgrade the umbarco. Because Some time Xslt  make a problem, Because in one version the Xslt syntics is different.

Thats why i can not upgrade my umbraco version. If any other solution please inform me.

You can upgrade and keep legacy schema that way the existing xslts will continue working also there is xslt upgrade package if you want to move over to new schema http://our.umbraco.org/projects/developer-tools/xsltupdater-for-umbraco
