I've recently tried to implement the manual installation of the Asp.net security Vulnerability patch when I've done this it seems to have broken the website publishing. Umbraco says that the content has been published but this is not reflected on the website. I've checked all my file permissions and the necessary files and folder have read/write access to the network service account. I've checked the server logs and there doesn't seem to be any errors relating to this issue.
I can force a manual refresh by deleting the data/umbraco.config and recycling the website's application pool. I'm using v
4.0.3 of Umbracom, any help would be much appreciated.

Hi Ian,
The POET patch shouldn't impact the content publishing. Have any other changes been made to your server recently?
If you can wait until 7pm (BST) tonight, then Microsoft are releasing a patch to resolve the security vulnerability.
