Hi All,

I update the umbraco version to 4.5.2

I've just been trying to add a new image in Umbraco but there seems to be a problem in the process.

When you go to the Media section, then press on the Create button, you then have to press on Media, followed by OK. It's at this point were I'm getting the error message as shown below.
