macro container "String or binary data would be truncated. The statement has been terminated."

when i add a new macro to the macro container and save the page i get the error

"String or binary data would be truncated.
    The statement has been terminated."

The strange thing is, only 1 macro type is allowed, and i already added 6 macros without problems. But it fails on the 7th, no matter what.

I've set the allowed number to 100...

Any ideas how to fix this?

make sure the db type is set to text (check it on the datatype in the dev section)
