We ran a test with different screen readers on Umbraco 4.6.1. Most of the time using the back office went well, but we found one problem. It's small, but unfortunately it's critical.
While moving through the page the tester couldn't find the arrows in the tree on the left. And so he couldn't open the page structure, or use any other part of the interface with the tree structure.
For most users this isn't an issue, but for people who rely on screen readers this makes the difference of being ablo to use umbraco or not. And it's such a small thing, so I hope it should be easy to fix.
Umbraco not accessible for screen readers
