In some cases the umbracoHideTopLevelNodeFromPath setting, seems to be ignored, i remember that some people had this issue in the passed, can someone confirm that this is an issue in 4.5.2, or maybe have a workaround to prevent this?
I did a complete republish of the site (all items), but this is not really acceptable since a lot of items are intended to be not published yet.
