This is probably related to my last post, but due to a bug in this forum, I am unable to delete or modify my last post.
I created a "Homepage" node in my site, published it, and it loaded just fine. However, every 3-4 page loads, I am redirected to the "Umbraco 4.7.0 - no pages found" page that says, "Looks like there's still work to do". It appears to be random.
The "Client Dependency" folder was empty already. I also tried "Republish Entire Site", following which the page loaded about 15 times before the problem started again.
I took this issue to our system administrator, and after he reduced the worker processes assigned to our app pool to 1, the issue seems to have disappeared.

Clear the /App_Data/TEMP/ClientDependancy folder and republish the site
