Hi. I'd previously posted a bug where a server under load caches a macro with empty text as was told this was fixed with 4.7.1 but after updating all the DLLs from the latest binaries the issue still occurs. Is this fixed in 4.7.1.1?

No news as of yet, 4.7.1.1 is not yet out and it is not fixed in 4.7.1. You could give the latest nightly a try if you want.
