After updating, apparently successfully, from 4.7.0 to 4.7.1.1 I cannot now delete items in the Content area. The delete operation seems to unpublish the document and then throw an error:
'Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation.'
In the log the message implies that the node cannot be deleted because it is not published. It worked fine in 4.7.0 and only affects the Content area.
