First time using these forums other than a lurker, so apologies if this has been covered in another post (did a search but couldn't find it).

I am working on a project using Umbraco v 4.0.3 and am attempting to integrate canvas functionality into some of the pages.

Canvas is working as expected in IE8 but no other browsers (IE9 converts the text into an input box that disapears when you try and use it),  other browsers such as Firefox simply do not convert the text into an input box on click.

Have tried across multiple platforms and users and sadly IE8 seems the only robust browser for it...

Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.
