We are facing a peculier issue. We are in the process of building a new web site using Umbraco 4.7.1.0. When we are modifying a CSS/Template or a Macro using the Umbraco Admin interfaces, sometimes when saving, we dont get the notification that the file was successfully saved. And after a few mins if we save again, we intermittently get a notification saying the file was not saved.
If we reopen this file, then we see umbraco inserts our site's url (such as test1.abc.com) onto the file we were editing. This is inserted randomly somewhere on the file and it over-writes what ever the content that was there at that location.
This is causing us nemerous headaches as we are losing our work. And we've been building Umbraco sites for the past two years and we've never faced this issue before. Any help is appreciated.
