    Missing Document Type Icons in 4.8

    Hi,

    Ive just installed a clean install of 4.8 twice, and on both occasions found that some icons within Settings>Document Type>Icons dropdown list are missing.

    Looking at the source code in the browser, it seem that the img tag is not being created for some if the list.

    I can apply a missing icon to a document type, and this is shown within the content tree, so the icons are there.

    I also installed FamFamIcons, which dont appear at all, not even the list of icons.

    Anyone else have this issue?
