Hi.
During the setup, the step that check folder permissions skip two elements:
1. folder "scripts". Creating .js file by umbraco interface generate a Runtime Error.
2. web.config. The setup run correctly but the setup cannot update web.config. And every time restarts.
Also in 4.9.0 version.
