Sometimes a new topic can't be created, with embedded html, but no error shown.
I tried creating a topic and copied and pasted an entire asp.net error message. When I submitted it, the input fields were cleared, the topic wasn't created, and no error message was displayed. Eventually I copied the html error message into textmate and tried again, but obviously without the formatting. This happened several times with with this specific message and obviously isn't ideal baheaviour.
