Yes, I checked the spam folder. Nothing. The odd thing is that there is no feedback at all after submitting - not sure if that how it's supposed to work, but usually you would expect a confirmation message.
I ask this because I had a problem a few months ago with an account and apparently if you change your email address it still uses the old one in some cases. Which could explain why you saw the recently created one working ok and the old one not, and apparently not delivering email, if it were going to the address you created the account with.
I am having problems retrieving my password - I do receive an email with a new password, but that password is apparently also incorrect when I try to use it, so I am unsure how to proceed. Any help would be very much appreciated :)
If you still need to get your password reset, then you can sent me an email on dennis (at) umbraco dot com. Then I can reset it for you and sent the new password to you.

Note that the password reset works fine for my new account - its just the old account that doesn't work.
