Our company website used Umbraco 4.6.2 and uBlogsy(I don't know how to check the version). The QA site is same as production site except web.config, and all functionalities are good in QA site, but user can't leave comment in blog system in production site. The error message is "An error has occurred. Please try again later."
I checked the file access and database access, the production site is same as QA site. I tried to go to UmbracoLog table to get more detail about the error message, but no records for today.
I have no idea to fix this issue. I really appreciate any responses.
