    Previewing a child of an unpublished page

    Create a node "A" and save it, do not publish it. Create another node "B" under "A" and save it. When I try to preview "B" it gives me a 404 but I can preview "A"... Tested with 4.7.1.1, 4.9.1 and 4.11.3.1 the same issue in all installations.
