    Add new property to root document type results in content error

    I have a document type structure.

    Root

    Root -> Content

    Root -> Content -> Homepage

     

    I've published the site, all works effectively.

    Now when I try and add a property to the Root - Hide from Navigation: umbracoNaviHide, the content tree throws an error.  I'm guessing (without access to the server logs or database) that umbraco is trying to retrieve that property, but there are no matching records in the database for it, for that node.

    Hi Peter

    What version of Umbraco are you using? And what is the error message that you're getting?
