Is it just me or mail notification doesn't work/is implemented?
I never received any mail from this forum regarding discussions in which I take part or projects that I created... is it normal?

There are no forum notifications. I think the word "notification" in the settings area means something like a quick update when there's a major bugfix or something like that.
