    Version 6.0.2 .master template files added to the master pages dir not loading

    bugs

    .master files added via the admin tool do work but in version 6.0.2 .master template files added to the master pages dir not loading. I think this is a bug.

    Hi Keith

    Do you add the master templates directly on the disk, or do you create them in Umbraco?

    I have seen this either way you do this.  If you by habit make any changes to you master in the backoffice and not in Visual Studio it will delete your view and make it a masterpage.  i have learned that you just work in  Visual Studio and you will be ok.
