    YSOD when using tags

    I ma using umbraco 4.11.4 and am having a similair problem as http://our.umbraco.org/forum/ourumb-dev-forum/bugs/3990-Yellow-screen-of-death-if-you-put-a-duplicate-tag-on-your-project. 

    If i enter a duplicate tag then it does highlight in red however if I add in a duplicate tag with different case (eg cornflakes and Cornflakes) then it happily turns both green, but on submit i get 

    Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'PK_cmsTagRelationship'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.cmsTagRelationship'.

    Perhaps this should be reported as a bug on the issue tracker here http://issues.umbraco.org/issues/U4
