I know, according to http://issues.umbraco.org/issue/U4-1304 and to http://issues.umbraco.org/issue/U4-1274 this issue should have been resolved. Still, I'm running 6.0.5 and Umbraco renders links like http://umbraco6.mydevsite.is/%7BlocalLink:1145%7D
