My client are using IE8 and unfortunately due to some restrictions he can't upgrade his browser or install another browser on his computer!
When he try to create a new page in the Umbraco backend. First time he needs to refresh nodes or refresh the browser to see the new page in the left-side structure. Second time the page are shown as it used to and the browser refresh itself without any problems.
