I'm wondering what the best way to format code snippets inside these forum posts. When I create a new topic I get the option of "code" from the dropdown but when I reply to posts I get "preformatted".
Does the code need to be pasted straight in from the Umbraco back-end? Visual Studio?
Also, can't seem to get indenting of the code to work at all...am I missing something?
I guess it is (the ability to format) browser dependent and the long of the short is that this forum software (in my opinion) is beyond terrible. I gave up trying to format code snippets, as each time I attempted to do so, I lost of a year of life due to frustration.

I also couldn't get the forum to use my twitter avatar either....
