Neither of us can login to the backend.
Any ideas?
Hi Claus,
Have you fixed the issue? I have the same login problem.
Hi guys,
Any word back on this one? We're seeing the exact same error upon login. A lot of the related issues I'm seeing are all to do with creating packages, which we don't do.
Has any one else managed to fix this issue?
We're running Umbraco 6.0.5
Many thanks,Danny
Hi,
No - unfortunenately we never managed to locate the error. We did a restore from the backup.
Very fristrating since it came out of the blue.
I've found that my tree.conf was empty. The file content restoring fixed the issue.
Thanks Sam - this seems to have fixed the issue for us. Thank you so much for the tip!
Yea, we had the same issue when the disk was full. The trees.config was empty and caused this issue.
my customer is unable to login,he recieved an error massage "unexpected error occured, root element missing"....help
