We've got a strange behaviour on one of our sites. We've got a site where our users have managed to create multiple nodes with the same ame in the same parent. I think this has been done by copying content, but still normally the copied page would get a name of (1) appended to the end.
The work around is for the users to rename the duplicate nodes, but I'm interested to know if anyone else has seen this.

It's Umraco 4.7.2.
I've seen this happen, usually when content has been created programatically using the Document API. Usually I see this when importing content.
