Hello, I am new to Umbraco so forgive me if its not the place to ask.

I have a website running localhost
I upload the site using Webmatrix publish
The sites it running ok http://www.israelshoppingagent.com but when ever I "save and publish" and then publish using Webmatrix I don't see the changes on the live site, only after i change web.config, isn't look like something to do with caching.
I tried looking for answer on the forum but did not find any good one, except the web.config

I am already useing webmatrix, and it works fine, it sync all my files
I have a local develope project and it uses the same database as the live website "israelshoppingagent"
when I update a page content I see it on only on the http://localhost site but I see it on the real website ( "israelshoppingagent") only when I make a change in the web.config file
I have just made a test on one of my dev domains. I have used the Webmatrix 3. I made some changes to the content, on my localhost site, and then I published by using Webmaxtrix I use the FTP opportunity for publishing content. Then I choose the database, and tranfer it to the live site.
At first It couldlook like that the content wasn't trasfered, because I couldn´t see any changes to the site. But when I logged into the Umbraco backoffice and choose the page I have made changes to, I could see the changes. So the only thing I have to do was hit save and publish on node in Umbraco. After that I was able to see the changes on my live site.
I use a SQL CE database in my setup, but I don't think that this should do any difference
here's the steps I'v made: 1) Edit a page content 2) Click save and published 3) checked to see if the change exist in the live site, there were no changes 4) changed the web.config and checked again the live site , there were no changes 5) published with the webmatrix and checked again the live site ,there were no changes 6) changed the web.config and checked again the live site, and walla it's on the live site :)
something is odd
workaround, now for content updates I skiped the localhost and work directly on the live site with the admin.
is it a bug? no changes after publish
