    Template not saved

    I'm having a hard time encountering this problem, i have 2 sites that have this problem. i don't know why this is happening can you give me solutions on how to solved this and what is the cause of this error

    The error says you have 2 templates with the same name. Did you check if perhaps you do? Are there any templates under the Master template with the same name?

    i dont have a master template with the same name. can  this be caused by a hosting server problem?
