    Retrieve password not working

    I have an account with you.

    I asked it to reset my password and it sent a new password which does not work to log in. I tried a few times.

    The only way I posted this was creating a new account temporarily since I cant' reset password on my main account - the password arrives to my email but it will not log me in.
