Several docTypes use the "Date Picker With Time" Data Type.
It has never been a problem. Then, one day, I got notified that
the time sliders had disappeared and color scheme had changed!?

No changes to the docType were made (that I am aware of).
The most obvious causes of this seems that some change
was made that breaks the control...but I have no idea what
kind of change would cause the backoffice data types
to break. The Date Picker with the orange bar below still
works, but I can't figure out why the scrollers are gone
(or why it's orange)
