Some Nodes Not Editable After Upgrade from ver 4.11 to ver 6.1.8
We recently upgraded Umbraco from ver. 4.11 to ver. 6.1.8 and now our news article nodes cause a runtime error when you select them in the content section of Umbraco. Any suggestions?
How did you do the upgrade? And have you checked the trace log in the /app_data/logs to see if it reveals anything? Have you done any custom API integration using the Umbraco API or 3rd party API's somehow?
I have a data type that was using uComponents-Legacy Multi-node Tree Picker with the start node ID set to "Homepage". I changed the start node to "SYSTEM DATA: umbraco master root" and then I was able to use the MNTP in the core. This fixed the node error issue within the Umbraco content section.

I figured out what was wrong.

Hi Steve
