We recently just did a migration of an existing Umbraco v.4.0.3 site to a new host/server. The server is using Windows 2012, IIS 8.0. Using Default App Pool, .Net 2.0.
Everything seem fine while we were testing - now since going live, it has a couple issues.
1) Site seems to automatically unpublish pages created after migration. I can save content and publish which appears publically on the site, but eventually maybe a day later it will be unpublished.
2) Site goes down occasionally... it seems sometimes when the admin publishes content. When I went into to the server during an outage. I saw this error message.
There was an error while performing this operation.

Filename: \\?\E:\Websites\MedExpress\web.config Line number: 28 Error: Cannot add duplicate collection entry of type 'add' with unique key attribute 'key' set to 'umbracoReservedPaths'
Any ideas? Stumped. Everything was fine on the old server... not sure if it's the OS... it was Windows 2003 Enterprise Server
