    Publish At / Remove At failing with, A requested app: was not found

    Issue created as above. We're now building Umbraco from nuget and have upgraded without issue until now up to Umbraco v6.2.2.

    We're getting an alarming number of errors and warnings fairly constantly but they seem to be silent and not affect use of our site or the backoffice.

    Upon saving an unpublished document with a publishat or removeat date added the following WARN indicates something fundamental is missing from our build and the item doesnt publish at the date specified. Log entry as below.

    2014-09-18 15:02:12,570 [7] WARN  Umbraco.Web.UI.Umbraco.Umbraco - [Thread 12] A requested app:  was not found

    I get this too on version 6.2.4, would be keen to see any suggestions for curing it.
