You should try to checkout Umbraco courier http://umbraco.com/products/more-add-ons/courier-2 and perhaps the umport package as well http://our.umbraco.org/projects/developer-tools/umport
Hope this helps.
Remember to do a backup of files and the database before installing and using any of these packages though.
